The Automig 130 is a transformer welder for simple Flux-cored wire welding (NO GAS).
It requires a power supply of 230V using alternating current (AC), which at maximum amperage consumes 2.6kW, making it suitable for operation on household networks even at maximum power.
The characteristic of the Flux-cored welding process is the absence of a gas cylinder in the welding circuit; in fact, the necessary heat is provided by the electric arc maintained between the workpiece and the wire, a feature that makes it suitable for outdoor welding even in windy conditions.
It offers high maneuverability thanks to its lightweight and the handle attached to the machine body. It comes with the accessories already mounted.
The Duty Cycle at 40°C is 6% at 95A; the Duty Cycle is the welding time (out of 10 minutes of use) in which it is possible to work without interruption before the welder stops to cool down automatically.
Performance is determined by the power range it operates in, which goes from a minimum amperage of 35A to a maximum of 95(130max)A, compatible with FLUX wire of Ø 0.90mm.
It ensures high stability of the welding current thanks to the numerous safety systems installed on the welder: thermal protection, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent.
It is also equipped with a thermostat, a two-roll wire feeder, and direct connection of the torch.
Two adjustment positions.
Standard equipment includes a ground clamp with cable, welding mask, Flux-cored wire spool Ø 0.90 Ø, and MIG torch.
