M-class FKP 4300 filters with 8600 cm3. 2 cellulose cassette filters with insertion ribs, made of IFA (BIA) tested filter material according to "M" dust class - Filter surface: 8600 cm². Made of polyester with rubber seal.
Dust retention: 99.93%. Suitable for vacuuming industrial dust, sawdust, bricks, drilling and grinding dust, and other similar substances. Suitable for dust and wet materials.
The filters are protected and integrated into the motor head.
No contact with dirt or dust during filter replacement.
Soft start motor. A microprocessor controls the gradual start and emptying function of the vacuum cleaner. The inrush current at startup is reduced to protect the suction system and the fuse. The post-use function ensures the emptying of the hose after the vacuum cleaner is turned off.

IR = access mode / automatic filter cleaning
AR = on with power tool / automatic filter cleaning when required.
A = on with power tool / filter cleaning disabled.
Cleaning power: >300g extremely powerful cleaning. Filter cleaning lasts 3.5 seconds for each filter. Thanks to the effective vibration exceeding 300g, even the most difficult and fine dust is removed. Significantly reduced vibration noise.
Airflow: high and constant. No interruption of airflow during cleaning, no dust dispersion. Also suitable for wet dust.
New more powerful turbine.
Safe dust disposal. The conversion from a fleece filter bag to PE requires different air conditions in the container. The new Starmix rotating collar provides excellent performance in both cases. OPEN = PE bag. CLOSED = fleece bag.
Plastic container: extremely robust double-walled. Very impact-resistant construction. Simple and quick to empty thanks to the smooth inner walls. Very stable with large wheels and a low center of gravity.

iPULSE TECHNOLOGY
Automatic filter cleaning with vibration on demand.
DDM filter control: always ensures clean filters.
An intelligent electronic system uses sensors to constantly measure the clogging state of the filters (DDM). Once the factory-set threshold value is exceeded, both filters are alternately cleaned within 3.5 seconds via electromagnetic pulse vibration.
The pressure of the ascending and descending airflow in the filter is constantly measured, thus avoiding vibration in cases where, for example, the hose is blocked or the power tool connection diameter is too small.
When the airflow drops below the minimum expected value, the system disconnects one of the two cartridge filters from the airflow. As soon as the first filter is cleaned, the airflow is redirected for the subsequent cleaning of the second cartridge filter.
Even fine dust like gypsum cannot withstand the forces of vibration - more than 300 times the force of gravity (300g).
The advantages of this system are:
-Filter cleaning is activated only when necessary. This avoids any overload of the filter.
-Cleaning is better and much simpler.
-Vibration is never activated unnecessarily.
-Filter cleaning without interruption of suction.
-Cleaning according to needs and high and constant airflow. Optimal vibration force application on the filter.
-Cost reduction thanks to a longer filter lifespan.
M-Class Dust
Dust belonging to this class has general limit values < 1 mg/m3*.
Vacuum cleaners in this class must be tested as complete machines. The maximum suction capacity is < 0.1%.
There is a precise regulation for the disposal of such dust.
