Smoke ducts for internal use made of carbon steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm.
All products are manufactured using automated processes such as:
− rolling: from coils to finished tube
− longitudinal laser welding
− robotic TIG welding of bends
− female cup forming
− scratch-resistant liquid silicone painting.
The smoke ducts for pellet stoves can reach an operating temperature of up to 200°C with the use of silicone gaskets (included) or 300°C with Viton gaskets (available upon request).
The Pellet Line is used for the evacuation of fumes in dry operation with negative pressure N1 40 Pa (without elastomer) and in wet operation with positive pressure P1 200 Pa (with elastomer).
It is made of 1.2 mm thick carbon steel. It is finished with scratch-resistant liquid silicone painting. Designed to be installed with a gasket to allow operation under positive pressure. The operating temperature reaches up to 200 °C with silicone gasket, 250°C with Viton gasket, or 300°C without gasket.
